i miss monggo recipes! I always wanted to make one but no time to do so. I couldn't find a coconut milk here unless i go to the Philippine/Asian store. well, thanks for sharing the recipe, i might cook some soon.

Mongu beans or monggos as I fondly called it is one of my fave Filipino dish to eat. The only thing is, my housemates don't like it but I do :-) I can eat it three meals a day :-) Thank you for the recipe Momi :-)
