You need:

small cuts of chicken with bones
4 small sizes red potatoes
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1 small tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
1tsp paprika ( i love paprika)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

How:

Sauteed garlic and onion till fragrant. Add the cut chicken stir let it simmer for 5minutes. Pour the tomato sauce and water let it boil then add salt, pepper and paprika. Cover and simmer for 15minutes or until chicken fully cooked. Then add the vegetables. Simmer for another minutes till veges are fully done, just add water if necessary. Serve hot with plain rice.
