Who does like the freaking hot weather lately?? I promised the weather right now is much hotter than last year or years before i feel like am in the tropical place every time we go out somewhere! Family thought that i love this kind of temperature... but in fairness there is no way i can handle the heat right now, it gives me headache. Anyway, to make my long story short since humidity is just around the corner i make sure my housemates is comfortable so once in awhile i make some treats for all of us just like this delicious homemade dessert i fix last week.
All you need are plain vanilla and chocolate ice cream, i use the individual minis so we won't over eating the ice cream you know. Then 1/4 cup of butterscotch syrup or caramel syrup and crush peanuts.
Place the ice cream in the serving dish, drizzled the desired syrup (i use caramel on ours), then lastly sprinkled the crush peanuts on top! Very good and refreshing!
