Have the passion of cooking, she's sharing you the goodness and deliciousness recipes from her KUSINA to your KUSINA! Or from my Kitchen to your Kitchen that will cost less yet very comforting that the entire family would enjoy! It's all about GOOD FOOD and more!!!

Husband and I had movie marathon last night. While watching i made some desserts to be eaten while enjoying the movies. Made a mouth watering chocolate bread pudding with super delicious berries caramel sauce. It was insanely yummy.  Bread pudding is one of my specialty to make. I usually do the typical bread pudding, however this time i made the chocolaty one instead of just regular. Am definitely right it's as scrumptious as my pinoy bread pudding that i always fix. I incorporate my special caramel sauce with it, once in awhile i do experiment new flavors of sauces and i love caramel sauce. Well who doesn't? lol. You can pair them with your favorite desserts like pies, ice creams, pancakes, fruit fritters and more.

So anyhow, without further ado would love to share my bloody yummy goodness dessert that for sure your family and friends will love it!

For Chocolate bread pudding :
half rack of slice bread (slice it into mini squares, you can use old bread or new whatever suits you)
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup condense milk
1/ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
half tsp vanilla extract

How: Mix all the liquid ingredients in a deep wide bowl along with the cinnamon. Set aside. In a separate dish, divide breads into small tiny squares. Toast the cut breads into the liquid mixture and mix well lastly pour the cocoa powder then continue stirring until everything marries altogether.

Preheat oven to 350 degree. Prepared 9" cake pan, add water just for steaming. meanwhile pour the mixture on a 8" pan then place it inside the watered 9" cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Poke a toothpick or thin knife in the middle of the pudding. You will know if it is done. It turn the object clean while pulling it off.

Caramel Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp white chocolate chips
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup blue berries
1/4 cup raspberry

In a sauce skillet toast sugar and water let it melt together then add the butter. Whisk until mix well, continue to boil for 5 minutes or until the consistency is smooth. Then add whipping cream, berries and white chocolate chips. Whisk gradually. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickened enough.

When pudding cooked. served warm with vanilla ice cream then top it with the homemade caramel sauce! Tadah! Wink.

Enjoy Cooking!
